We Will Accomplish This By:

  • Providing clear, timely and transparent communication to all staff
  • Honoring and recognizing the hard work of each employee throughout the pandemic
  • Conducting annual reviews of district priorities to help identify areas of greatest need
  • Following parameters established by the School Board to guide negotiations 
  • Supporting our negotiations team in pursuit of the guiding values

Negotiations Priorities for 2021-22

  • Working within our financial parameters with a focus on funds that are currently available
  • Establishing a positive working relationship with labor group leaders
  • Creating a system of open communication with staff and the community about negotiations
