Key Objectives:
Orientation to the key roles, responsibilities, and relationships of and between those who govern, those who manage, and those who consult in public education as described in the Education Leadership System (ELS) developed by TeamWorks International, Inc.
- Revisit any roles and agreements between Board and Administration already established
Learning simple and effective tools for Boards of Education and administration to operate in partnership.
Discussion of approaches to district strategic planning that reinforce the roles and accountability for the board and administration
The training began at 5:10 pm. Melinda Dols, Pat Driscoll, Louise Hinz, Simi Patnaik, Katie Schwartz, Eric Tessmer and Sharon Van Leer were present. Superintendent Nielsen was present.
