Senior Account Balances

Parents must review their senior's meal account balance to determine what to do with any remaining funds in their student's account after graduation. Be sure to remove any automatic payments and low balance alerts made to your student's lunch account.

Parents have 3 options for handling any remaining lunch balance after graduation.

  1. Request a refund check if the amount of the balance is $10.00 or more.
  2. Balances may be transferred to another student's lunch account.
  3. Donate the balance to the Angel Fund.

 

Before contacting Nutrition Services, please remove any automatic payments and low balance alerts from your SchoolCafé account.  


Parents must contact the Nutrition Services Department at 651-425-6280 or creimer1@sowashco.org to make their selection. To process a refund, we will need your current address. Parents can also make their selection by filling out the SchoolCafé refund or transfer form. Any unclaimed balances will be donated to the Angle Fund after March 1st of the following year.
