Patience Appreciated with Bus Delays

We thank you for your ongoing patience and understanding during the first few weeks of a new school year. It often takes time to adjust routes, learn new stops and account for traffic. Our buses are also navigating through several road construction projects that may cause delays.

Bus Delays

SoWashCo Schools is working to ensure any bus routes running more than 20 minutes late will be updated on the transportation website. Families will be notified via email and text message for buses that are running more than 30 minutes late. 

Check Parent Portal for Bus Stop Changes

Over the next few weeks, please check Parent Portal for any updates or changes to your child’s bus stop location and times. If your child’s bus location or stop time changes by more than 10 minutes, you will receive an email asking you to check Parent Portal for details.
