Minnesota's 2025 Aspirations in Computing High School Honorees
The Minnesota Aspirations in Computing (MnAiC) program is dedicated to inspiring young women in high school, grades 9-12. National and state review teams select these students from multiple high schools across Minnesota and award exceptional students to celebrate their computing achievements, enthusiasm for technology, leadership, community involvement and resilience. Students from East Ridge and Woodbury high schools were recognized by MnAiC this year.
Senior Emily Zhou from East Ridge High School is this year’s National Winner.
Junior Ivanka Sonkusare from Woodbury High School was recognized as a Junior National Honorable Mention and State Winner.
Sophomore Maya Page from Woodbury High School was honored as a State Rising Star.
