Immunization Notice for 2024-25 School Year

Families should start planning on getting their student’s vaccination status updated for the next school year. Students currently in grades 6 and 11 must have the following vaccines by the time enter grades 7 and 12:

• Grade 6: Tdap and meningococcal vaccines

• Grade 11:  meningococcal vaccine

Per state statute, students whose vaccination status is non-compliant will be excluded from school in early September.

Non-compliance may be due to missing vaccinations, incorrect intervals between vaccinations or incorrect age at vaccination. Your child’s immunization dates or a medical or non-medical exemption must be shared with your child’s school health office.
