Graduating Seniors Meal Account Balances

Senior Meal Account Balances

Families with graduating seniors are asked to check their student’s meal account balance and determine from the following three options to do with any remaining funds: 

  1. Request a refund check by completing the refund form (Minimum of $10 must be available in account and you must provide your current address)
  2. Transfer balances to another student’s meal account by completing the transfer request form
  3. Donate the balance to the Angel Fund. Please contact Colleen Reimer at creimer1@sowashco.org or 651-425-6280 to complete this action.

Any unclaimed balances will be donated to the Angel Fund after March 1 of the following year. 

Please also remove any automatic payments and low-balance alerts made to your student's lunch account.
