East Ridge High School Student Earns National Award For Community Service Impact

SoWashCo Schools is thrilled to announce Arul Banerjea, an East Ridge High School (ERHS) student, is being recognized by the United Nations Association of the USA (UNA-USA) and InnerView in the fifth annual National Community Service Impact Awards. This program, open to all U.S. high school students, connects student community service activities, skill development and commitment to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to transform our world. 

Arul completed over 100 service hours for the 2021-22 school year independently and as a member of the ERHS National Honor Society, earning him recognition as an ambassador. He has also been elected as the president of the ERHS National Honor Society for the 2022-23 school year. Congratulations Arul!
