Here are a few Spring 2025 highlights of the ongoing construction projects taking place across the district through two voter-approved bond questions, allowing SoWashCo Schools to begin construction projects at 15 schools over the course of 5 years.

Park High School

Road and utility work in between Crestview and Park are in process
First lift of the asphalt is scheduled for early August
Lecture hall windows are being installed
Concrete infills in process
Framing in process
New footings for addition in process
Carpet completed in AC entrance
Power Panel shut off in Area H, Area B complete, Area K to complete this week

Woodbury High School

Temporary egress doors to be installed end of July
Temp walls have been completed
Administrative area demolition is in process and on track
Excavation for new addition footings is in process
Fiber splice is tentatively scheduled for 8/12

East Ridge High School

Framing in the new office area and Area B is complete
Framing in Area B has been completed, frames and sheetrock installed
New Boiler work in process and on track
First lift for parking lot scheduled for early August
