After-school Professionals Appreciation Week is April 22-26

April 22-26 is After-school Professionals Appreciation Week (APAW). After-school professionals are highly skilled and valuable staff who work with students outside of school hours, including Community Education staff, Kids Club staff, coaches and teachers. After-school professionals are the backbone of quality programming. Quality programming positively impacts youth outcomes, which can help increase social-emotional skills, school attendance and academic performance. We would like to thank all of our after-school professionals who positively influence students' development during out-of-school hours.
