Complete The 2026-27 Annual Back-To-School Update Between Aug 1 - 15
SoWashCo Schools is requiring primary household families to complete the Back-to-School Annual Update. It includes important information needed for the upcoming school year such as:
- Update emergency contact information to receive important messages (including winter weather closures and delays).
- Field trip permission form.
- Required school and district annual forms including, media opt-out, medications in school (for students in grades 6-12 only) and more.
- Beginning the process of updating your home address.
All primary household families must complete this update between Aug. 1 through Aug. 15.
Instructions:
- Open Campus Parent Portal using an internet browser.
- Please use a computer, laptop or tablet to complete the update instead of a smartphone. Devices with internet access are available at the District Service Center, 7362 East Point Douglas Rd. S. Cottage Grove.
- Campus Parent Portal is available in Spanish or Chinese. The language can be changed in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Log in with your username and password.
- For assistance with retrieving your username or resetting your password, please visit sowashco.org/changeyourpassword.
- If you need additional assistance with your Campus Parent Portal account, please complete our technology support form.
- Select “More” from the menu on the left-hand side.
- Scroll down and select “Annual Update.”
- Please note: This process will not change your child's enrollment.
- The Back-to-School Annual Update is offered in four languages in addition to English.
- Begin updating information for each child in your household. The process will take approximately 5-20 minutes.
