Nov. 13 was the first day of the regular signing period for students to sign a National Letter of Intent to participate in inter-collegiate athletics next year.

Sergeant Andrea Drost visited Woodbury Middle School sixth grade students on Veterans Day to discuss her time served overseas and her experiences as a military servicewoman.

The School Board is scheduled to meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12, with the following item on the agenda:

The Woodbury Chamber of Commerce is currently seeking nominations for the community's Educator of the Year.

A required special meeting to canvass the Nov. 5 Election results is set for 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12, in the Board Room of the District Service Center in Cottage Grove.

The AFJROTC MN-871 WolfPack Cadets will honor military veterans on Nov. 11 at their seventh Annual Veterans Day ceremony at Park High School.

With all precincts reporting, voters have approved referendum Question 1 and Question 2 on the ballot for South Washington County Schools. Question 3 was not approved.
