The School Board approved the South Elementary Attendance Boundaries and the repurposing of the current Oltman Middle School building at their regular meeting on Thursday, April 27.

On Wednesday, April 26, “The Top Secret Project,” presented by the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, visited Park High School to help inform parents on the dangers and potential signs of teenage drug use.

Park High School honored 12 of its highest-achieving juniors with Junior Book Awards from prestigious colleges and universities during a ceremony at Park on Thursday, April 27 at 9:30 am.

Hundreds of students in District 833 will use their pedal power before and after school as part of Bike to School Day, set for May 10.

The inaugural graduating class of South Washington County Schools’ K-12 Spanish Immersion Pathway recently presented their senior capstone projects as they prepare to graduate from Woodbury High School this June.

For the second year in a row, East Ridge High School has won the University of Minnesota’s Excellent Use of German Language Award, presented by the U’s College in the Schools program.

East Ridge High School senior Alicia Zhang was recently named one of 723 semifinalists in the nation for the 2017 U.S. Presidential Scholars competition.

Madeleine Berg, a senior at East Ridge High School, has been accepted into the University of Minnesota’s "Future Gophers, Future Doctors” program.
