South Washington County Schools to survey random sample of residents

The District 833 School Board has approved a random-sample survey of its constituents through the Morris-Leatherman Company, a firm that provides market research and interpretation. The firm will conduct a random sample telephone survey of 625 residents this summer. Questions include perceptions of the district, quality of employees and reactions to the proposed fall referendum.

All households have an equal chance of being selected and the adult respondent in each household is also chosen randomly. Questionnaires are administered over the telephone by trained and supervised interviewers. A report will be presented to the School Board on July 20 at their regular meeting.
