The annual state school bus inspection conducted by the MN State Patrol that concluded on Oct. 28 resulted in a perfect score of zero defects on every District 833 vehicle (eight vans and 133 buses) for the second consecutive year.

The meeting will be held on Monday, Oct. 28, at 6:30 p.m. at the District Service Center (7362 E. Point Douglas Rd. S., Cottage Grove).

  • Samuel Ruiz Plaza, East Ridge High School junior, was named to the Boys Soccer All State first team. He plays forward for East Ridge.

The week of Oct. 7-11, Liberty Ridge Elementary School students and families celebrated the school’s 10th Annual Read and Feed week.

As part of an assignment on College and Career Readiness, third grade students in Amy Kestner's class at Grey Cloud Elementary School were asked to write to a letter to a college of his or her choice to get more information about the school.
