The Woodbury High School Community is invited to the 2014 Royal Rouser at 6 p.m. on Friday, April 25 at Prom Center.

Congratulations to Amrita Mohanty and Michelle Mao who represented Woodbury High School at the Twin Cities Science Fair. At the fair, Mohanty received first prize from the U.S.
Students at Crestview, Hillside and Pine Hill Elementary Schools in District 833 recently learned about the importance of recycling in a fun way.
Woodbury Middle School students Peter Blanchfield, Nidhi Jariwala and Abraham Yum recently participated in the Regional Finals of the National History Bee.

Jefferson McGough and Jacob Grundhauser have been named semifinalists eligible to compete in the 2014 Minnesota State Geographic Bee.

The fifth annual South Washington County Schools STEM Career Day was held on March 20 with 222 students from the district’s three high schools exploring careers of the future.

The second annual Standing Strong 5K Run/Walk will be held on Saturday, May 17, at Hamlet Park (8883 Hamlet Ave. S., Cottage Grove).
It’s that time of the year when the Cottage Grove Chamber of Commerce seeks nominations for Educator of the Year to be recognized at their Spring Banquet/Annual Meeting on Friday, May 16.

At their regular meeting on March 20, the School Board accepted the resignations of Assistant Superintendents Keith Ryskoski and Dave Bernhardson.
