Parents encouraged to create or update Parent Portal accounts

As students head back to class, South Washington County Schools is reminding parents to create or update their Infinite Campus Parent Portal accounts. The website gives parents secure access to student information including access codes, grade and transportation information. It can also be used to access FeePay, which parents use to pay sports and activities fees.

Access to Parent Portal accounts also helps parents as they create new student lunch accounts through our new provider School Café. District 833 encourages parents who do not yet have a Parent Portal account to set one up by Sept. 30 to ensure student lunch accounts can be updated.

If you already have access to Parent Portal, you can set up your School Café account now. You will need the student number found on Parent Portal in the top left corner by your student’s photo. Learn more about creating a new student lunch account here.

If you do not yet have access to Parent Portal or you have lost or forgotten your username, please email your student’s name, school, grade and home address to ICSupport@sowashco.orgOnce the information is verified, you will then be sent login information. Please note, requests for new accounts may take up to 48 hours to process.
