District 833 athletics passes now available in electronic form

Starting in the 2018-19 school year, yearly passes for South Washington County Schools high school sports will only be available electronically through GoFan. The change will mean families and students will no longer need to pick up and carry plastic passes to each event.

The electronic passes are good for all athletic events at East Ridge, Park and Woodbury high schools, except for hockey games and tournament play. An adult pass admits one adult and up to two elementary school students and costs $63.75. A student pass admits one middle or high school student and costs $42.75.

"This move is about improving convenience for our families. They will no longer need to keep track of physical passes and can instead use their smartphones to gain access to events," said Phil Kummel, Park High School Activities Director.

To purchase yearly passes, download the GoFan App for free or go to their website. A step-by-step guide to purchasing tickets can be found here
