Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Information Fair

There will be a Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Information Fair at Woodbury High School on Thursday, Nov. 15 from 6 – 8 p.m. This event will begin with an alumni discussion at 6:15 p.m. in the Lecture Hall, where a panel of 21 HBCU alumni will discuss their college experiences and answer questions. The panel discussion will be followed by an HBCU Information Fair in the cafeteria. This is a great opportunity for students to network and meet other students who are considering attending an HBCU.

The event will be held at Woodbury High School, in conjunction with Woodbury High School’s Black Student Union, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, AVID and the District 833’s Office of Achievement and Integration, and is open to all students in the district.

For additional information, contact Trina Patterson at 651-425-6207 or tpatters1@sowashco.org. We hope to see you there!
