Student Enrollment

Families who have not registered their students for the 2018-19 school year are asked to visit the Student Information Office at the District Service Center in Cottage Grove. Regular office hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be extended hours from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Aug. 21, 23, 28, 30, and Sept. 4.

Student bus route information for the 2018-19 school year will be accessible on Infinite Campus’ Parent Portal. Families can expect bus route information to appear in Parent Portal in August and will be notified via an e-mail when it is available. Special Education students will continue to receive busing information via a phone call or email.

To create a Parent Portal account, please email your student’s name, school grade and home address to ICSupport@sowashco.org. Once the information is verified, you will then be sent login information. Please note, requests for new accounts may take up to 48 hours to process. Processing time could take as long as one week if the request is received in August. Requests will be processed Monday – Friday, during regular business hours.

If you have requested a change in your student’s transportation, please allow 3-5 business days for the change to be processed. The transportation department will contact you once the request is processed.
