Educational Equity and Integration

The Office of Educational Equity and Integration is committed to working in partnership with all stakeholders to ensure the academic success of students within our school system. A primary focus is to collaborate on efforts to close the achievement gap.

The Office of Educational Equity and Integration is dedicated to working within the district to serve students, their families and our staff. Our goal is to provide research and evidence based practices that lead to implementation of successful programs that meet the educational needs of students, engages our families, and provide training and professional learning opportunities for our staff.

Educational Equity & Integration Advisory Committee
(EEI Advisory Committee)

This committee advises the district on matters related to the educational equity and integration plan, specifically goals leading to achievement gap reduction while promoting school environments that create the conditions for student success. They provide oversight regarding the state’s Achievement and Integration program and corresponding revenue.

For the 2016-17 school year, this advisory committee will meet from 5:15-6:30 p.m. on November 10, 2016, January 12, 2017 and March 9, 2017 at the District Service Center, 7362 East Point Douglas Road South, Cottage Grove.

Emailed applications will be sent by the District's Communications Director for district-level advisory board positions. The emailed applications will be sent during the 2017 summer months.
