The School Board is scheduled to meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 27.

In this week’s edition of our Together we are SoWashCo video series, we are featuring Maureen Kostka, an office coordinator at East Ridge High School.

The School Board has received information from two external experts relative to the concerns raised about air quality in the vicinity of Oltman Middle School in St. Paul Park.

District 833 would like to congratulate Kayla Kajer, a fifth grader from Cottage Grove Elementary, who recently won first place in a Minnesota Twins Essay Contest.

An event aimed to celebrate African and African American fashion and culture will take place at Woodbury High School on May 3 at 6 pm.

The Minnesota Speech Coaches Association (MSCA) has released the names of 66 speech competitors from around the state, who have earned their way onto the 2017 All-State Speech Team.

Lake Middle School Band Director Doug Bradley continues to compose songs for schools throughout South Washington County.

South Washington County Schools is excited to congratulate the Climate and Culture Ambassadors for the month of April, selected by the District's Climate and Culture Committee.

Coming from the nearby West St. Paul School District 197, Ms. Joni Hagebock has been selected as the Oltman Middle School Principal, pending School Board Approval.

Robotics teams from East Ridge, Woodbury and Park high schools recently competed in the North Star Regional Tournament at the Mariucci Arena on April 7-8 as the culmination of a successful regular season.
