The East Ridge High School Robotics Team the ERRORs (East Ridge Robotic Ominous Raptors) competed in the First Robotics World Championships, held April 27-30 in St. Louis, Missouri.

Sixth grade students at Woodbury Middle School are part of the more than 25,000 students in Minnesota that participated in the National History Day project as part of their social studies class curriculum this year.

First graders at Pine Hill Elementary School are learning about life cycles as part of a science unit with the help of their teachers, a local farmer and the District 833 technology team.

On April 28, American Sign Language (ASL) Level 3 students from Park High School and Woodbury High School traveled to the Minnesota Zoo for ASL Day to present their research projects in ASL.

Woodbury High School’s Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC) organized and conducted their first annual Memorial Bataan Death March on April 30.

Students in AVID classes at Lake Middle School recently made hospital care packages, tie blankets and drawstring bags that they donated to the Minneapolis Ronald McDonald House.

The District 833 Middle School Art Show opening will take place on May 6 from 5:30-7 p.m. at the District Service Center.

Park High School is hosting a “Walk 4 Water” 5K and family event as part of their “Water 4 India” campaign in which student leaders hope to raise $5,000 to fund a clean water system for a struggling village in India.
