On Saturday, Jan. 21, 2017, students from Woodbury High School competed alongside hundreds of other high school students in the areas of science and mathematics at the Minnesota State Regional Science Bowl.

The School Board met at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 19.

District 833’s Climate and Culture Ambassadors for the months of December and January, selected by the District's Climate and Culture Committee, were recognized at the Jan. 19 School Board Meeting.

A student representing South Washington County Schools recently received a perfect score in the first of three meets in this year’s WordMasters Challenge™—a national vocabulary competition involving nearly 150,000 students annually.

On Tuesday, Jan. 17, Koo Koo Kanga Roo, a local singing group, performed at Grey Cloud Elementary and got students moving.

A select number of Park High School choir members performed at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa the weekend of January 14-15 as part of the Dorian Vocal Music Festival.

Cottage Grove Middle School held its annual National Geography Bee on Thursday, Jan. 12, in which all students were invited to participate.
